It involves the sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks (to name a few), to wash over you and through every cell and molecule in your body. Its a space to pause, breath and just be.

Q: How Does Sound Healing And Aromatherapy work?

Sound healing and aromatherapy work together by engaging multiple senses to enhance relaxation, emotional balance and overall well-being. Sound healing - uses instruments to create vibrations to align and balance the body's energy. Aromatherapy - engages the sense of smell to influence emotions and energy flow through essential oils. When, combined, they amplify each others effects.

Q: What Can I Expect During A Sound Healing/ Sound Meditation Session?

During a session, you'll typically lie down, or sit comfortably while being guided into a grounding meditation listening to soothing sounds from various instruments. Its an immersive, relaxing and meditative experience.

Q: Do I Need To Prepare For A Sound Meditation?

Generally, yes - and for all ages. But its always good to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have specific concerns.

The following contraindications/ considerations is where caution is advised: Intense Migraines, Severe hearing impairments(i.e. Cochlear implants), Pregnancy (First trimester), PTSD or severe Anxiety, Epilepsy or Seizures, and Pacemakers or implanted devices, Schizophrenia or Psychosis.

Q: Is Sound Healing Therapy Suitable For Everyone?

There's no preparation required beforehand. Come as you are, with an open mind and open heart. Wear comfortable clothing - avoid any tight clothing that could restrict breathing (i.e. around the stomach/ waist).

**For larger community events (subject to attendee numbers) - you will need to bring a yoga mat, cushion/pillow, and a water bottle. Optional - a throw or blanket for extra comfort/warmth.
